Found in our courtyard: a striking pair of antique wrought iron gates sourced from Belgium 🇧🇪.

Both gates have elegant spearhead finials, decorative fleur-de-lis detailing and beautifully cast relief panels on the lower sections. The layers of paint in soft turquoise and green have weathered naturally over the years, creating the kind of authentic patina that simply can’t be replicated.

Whether installed as a grand entrance, incorporated into a garden wall, or repurposed as decorative architectural features, these gates have wonderful presence and endless character.

We love Murano! ✨

An exceptional Louis XVI style trumeau mirror, richly decorated with hand-carved giltwood ornamentation and finished in a beautifully distressed painted frame. At its centre is a striking oval panel depicting a classical figure and cherub on a glowing gold leaf background, framed by finely carved oak leaves, acorns and ribbon-tied garlands.

The original mirror plates have developed the soft foxing and character that collectors love, giving the mirror warmth, depth and an unmistakable sense of age. Its generous proportions make it equally at home above a mantelpiece, behind a console or as a dramatic statement in an entrance hall.

Sourced in Belgium, this is a wonderfully decorative piece that captures the elegance of the Louis XVI revival. The combination of painted timber, giltwood carving, hand-decorated artwork and aged mirror glass creates a mirror that is both architectural and highly decorative.

This beautiful Chinoiserie-inspired bamboo wall mirror brings together warm, honey-toned bamboo, delicate floral panels, intricate fretwork and a beautifully shaped, aged mirror. The charming side shelves add another layer of character and are perfect for displaying treasured curiosities, perfume bottles or tiny objets.

The combination of bamboo, geometric fretwork, curved roof-like crest and painted decorative panels are classic characteristic of East Asian design known as Chinoiserie.
