An easy step by step recipe

VEGETABLE BREYANI 🌶️

Ingredients needed:

-2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
-1/3 tsp Methi Seeds (Fenugreek)
-1 Bay Leaf
-1 Cinnamon stick
-3 Green Elachi (Cardamom)
-1 Black Elachi (Cardamom)
-1 Onion (sliced)
-100g Carrots (cut)
-80g Cauliflower (florets)
-80g Green peas
-80g Green beans
-1 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
-1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
-1/2 tsp Coriander powder
-1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
-20g tomatoes (chopped)
-1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
-200g Basmati rice
-2 cups Water
-Fresh Mint (for garnish)
