Now the interesting part - how the houses actually work, which the site doesn't explain:
1. It's not built on site, it's assembled on site
Traditional brick: bring sand, cement, bricks, build wall for weeks.
Precast: They pour concrete into steel molds in a factory, with steel mesh inside. They cure it in a controlled environment. Then a truck brings finished wall panels to your plot in Cape Town, and a small team bolts them together on a pre-done foundation.
