Yesterday we lost a dear friend of the plumbing industry, Stanley Frenchman.

He worked for Grinstead Plumbing for 35 years and was a much respected member of the team.

Our deepest sympathies to his wife Flo and children, and to all his colleagues at Grinstead Plumbing (Peter Wainwright and staff).

“Stan the Man” fly high with the angels, we will miss you my friend.

Yesterday was World Plumbing Day and Plumbing World was proud to have participated with the supply of new plumbing goods (taps, basins and toilets) for the bathrooms at “Holy Cross Child and Youth Centre” in Parow.

The Institute of Plumbers (IOPSA) Western Cape took on the task to replace all the faulty taps toilets and basins to the Holy Cross Child and Youth Care Centre in Parow which is home to 70 children.

An awesome day was spent being a part of this worthy cause.
