Alexander Avery uses the finest couverture chocolate to make Bonbons and Truffles with exciting, contemporary flavours and designs. The aim is to incorporate some of the modern influences in chocolate and confectionary making one sees in Paris, London and Barcelona. Bonbons flavours such as the 'Bombay' (Lemon Pate de Fruit with a Juniper / Gin ganache), or the 'Ko Samui' (Lemongrass, Lime leaves,

and Coconut cream ganache) are refreshing and luxurious: designed to complement the premium quality chocolate used. Alexander Avery currently supply to parties/functions and weddings, plus to restaurants and hotels. Perhaps, per chance someone from the South African government, whilst enjoying a nice meal at a fancy restaurant, notices the colours of these bonbons and reflects on why they have not got the courage to criticise an unprovoked invasion of a country, or the morals to cut ties with a country murdering Ukraine civilians, or even just simply vote at the UN, along side countries from every part of the world, to denounce Russia’s invasion.
