Marga's Poffertjes Authentic Dutch puffy mini pancakes, little waffles & fluffy goodness - they are POFFERTJES! � By pop Poffertjes are a traditional Dutch batter treat.

Resembling small, fluffy pancakes, they are made with buckwheat flour, full cream milk & lots of eggs. Unlike pancakes, they have a light, spongy texture. Traditionally poffertjes are served with powdered sugar and butter, and sometimes syrup.
