This is my go-to when times are tough. When tough times want to press me down and squeeze me dry. When tough times doesn’t make sense and when tough times feel endless.

Times can be tough. For some of you, times are tough as you read this.

The one thing we do have control over when times are tough, is our mindset towards the tough time. Our mindset becomes the filter through which we process it and the filter that determines whether we become bitter or better. Whether we become miserable or strong.

Sometimes all it takes is a shift in perspective to carry you through a tough time with more peace, more wisdom and more strength. Sometimes surrender can be the strongest thing you can do - not the weakest.

If you’re going through a tough time right now - my thoughts and prayers are with you today. I do hope you choose to make yourself strong. 🧡

Bloom Blessing is back! This time we're doing it nation-wide. Here's how it will work:

On Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings we'll take nominations from our Bloom Space community. You get to nominate a loved one who is going through a really tough time and would be blessed by a bouquet of everlasting flowers. We'll select one person weekly from the nominations, who will then receive a bouquet of everlasting flowers from us (which includes the courier thereof to their home or work), alongside an encouraging message.

We will run Bloom Blessing weekly, so make sure to send your nominations* via email (no DMs, please) to [email protected] on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings by 11h00. 🌾

*You don't have to disclose the full context of what your nominee is going through, for the sake of respecting the person's privacy. Please do make sure to include the person's name, surname, contact number and full delivery address (including postal code). If all the contact details aren't sent, unfortunately the nomination won't be part of our considerations.
