Hi. Dis official so ek kan dit met julle deel. Koos is vanaf 23 November die Hard line Manager by Cycle Lab Lynwood Mega store wat sy deure oop maak op 1 Desember 2015. Die lewe het 'n paar draaie met die Kloppers geloof die afgelope paar jaar en een ding wat ons geleer het is dat die Here vir ons sorg uit sy genade. Net laas week hier die tyd het ons gestres oor hoe ons gaan deurkom met ales wat betaal moet word as ons die einde van die maand winkel toe maak en ons het laas naweek vir die eerste keep daaroor gebid en Hy het gesorg. In 'n kwessie van'n week het alles in plek geval! God is Groot!! Dankie vir julle almal se ondersteuning. Tot 1 Desember gaan ons Coffee Ride nog aan van Cycle Max af en dan hoop ons julle join ons by Cycle Lab.

Hi Cycling Friends

My you all have a Blessed 2015!!

Michael Byleveld organized us a loop or two @ Zartkops Air force base on Saturday morning and has a suggestion for a loop in Voortekkerhoogte. If you don’t know, there is a very, very cool, not too technical single track inside the air force base!

Please take note that you will not be allowed in at the Air force base on your own, we will only be allowed because we are accompanied by Byles.

We will from there then decide how we want to get to Huckle Berry’s – group vote .

You CAN not allow yourself to miss out on Saturday’s ride!

We would like to start the MTB Coffee Rides for 2015 BIG !! Please join this Saturday to make it the BIGGEST ever! Koos is joining us !

We are also planning a road ride for Sunday in the Cradle. It is the safest place you can ride your bike on the road in Gauteng as there are dedicated cycling lanes. We will meet each other at Valverde Hotel at 7:30. You pay R20 for parking and receive a voucher for coffee to enjoy after the ride at their restaurant. The restaurant has a buffet breakfasts for R65 which you can enjoy after the ride.

Lynley, if Gary is still here PLEASE ask him to join us!

Hi Cycling Friends

The cast has been removed!! The Orthopaedic Surgeon is very happy with Koos’ leg and told him that he can start cycling but should start slowly, so one of these days he will join us with the Coffee Ride !

Those who are going away, PLEASE drive and cycle safely!

We are doing our usual Coffee Ride this Saturday and will continue to do so over the festive season. Please let me know if you are staying in Pretoria and are interested in doing rides during the week (excluding Christmas day and New Year’s Day) and from what time will best suet you.

Hi Cycling Friends

Less than a week left before Koos’ doctor’s letter finally expires after 16 months and 5 days off his bike!

I want to thank everyone of you for your support, encouragement and prayers which made us strong and STILL makes us strong! God has put this on our path for a reason and we as a family will testify too anyone who wants to listen. This experience has changed our lives. He picked us up more than once, sent his children to us as signs and for support to show us that he and his children are there for us and showed us that He is the Almighty and through Him we can overcome anything!

Hi Cycling Friends

When last have you entered for a race and the cost is only R30? Well this Saturday you can! This Saturday at the Zwartkops Air Force Base you have a choice of a 42km race or a 14km for ONLY R30 entry fee!!

We will start at the shop at 6:00 like usual and ride to the Air force base, do the race and then go for our usual coffee or not depending on how the group feel after the race.

I dare the Campus Crusade for Christ Cycling for Jesus group doing the 94.7 to join us!

Shop News:
I want to order Cycle Max Winter jackets but first want to see what the interest is.
There are two types of Jackets: Thermovent for R995 and Polar Fleece for R1100.

Please let me know if I should order for you with the type and the size. The size would obviously be the same size as your cycling shirt.

Thanks Elaine for joining the ride on Saturday. Elaine did not bring gloves and she almost got frost bite if it wasn’t for Wessel that offered his. Cycle Max was without power for TWO days thanks to the power station that burnt on Monday . Thanks Kevern for saving us yesterday with your generator !

We finally have Cycle Max Shirt in stock in Small and Medium for those complaining that we don’t have these sizes in shop!
Last Week’s Ride:
We had a good ride and Stefan Möller joined us and promised to do so every second week from last week onwards and don’t worry Stefan you will get your fitness back easily.

Good Day all Cycle Max Supporters!
News:
Koos is recovering well and is back at the shop. Thanks to all of you who are wishing him well, supporting and motivating him. It means the world to us!
Last Week’s Ride:
We had a good ride and a compliment of 6 riders. The first few kilometres was cold (only on the fingers) but then we warmed up and by the time we reach the foot of Klapperkop we felt over dressed and wanted to get rid of all the warm clothes.
