Dear Customer,
To complete a remote Wi-Fi connection and setup for your inverter, please ensure the following requirements are in place before the session:
A computer or laptop with AnyDesk (or similar remote access software) installed
A network (LAN) cable to connect the computer directly to the Wi-Fi router
Your AnyDesk connection number
The Wi-Fi router must be as close as possible to the inverter for a stable signal
The Wi-Fi router password
An email address to be linked to the inverter monitoring platform
Once these are ready, we can proceed with the remote connection efficiently.

Useful Tip: It is preferable to buy a hybrid inverter. The challenge is that some companies have many different definitions of hybrid inverters. The most important function of a hybrid inverter is that the input to the inverter must be bidirectional. The distribution board must feed the inverter via the input and the inverter must feed the distribution board.
