This is gonna be a long one, keep going.. theres an exciting part and Eid!
I want to express my gratitude to every single one of you for another successful year. Alhamdulillah. Your support, your messages to acknowledge the lengths we go to provide swift responses, appreciation for us "making a plan", and the most importantly the feedback on our cookies. We have heard the most endearing stories; husband has a wife is in labour and she MUST have cookies. To the daughter who called in the middle of the night in desperation because her dad was in hospital. He couldn't eat much, but he would only eat our cookies with his tea. To the saddest ones, our cookies were one of the last things a child had before passing, he was only on ice chips.
And the joyous moments too! Always including us in your most thoughtful gifts, and telling us about how our cookies were your first choice at the end of a long day, when that quiet moment was needed. Let alone the stories about your focus on the cookies that helped you keep your s**t together in a meeting. 🤣

We are acutely aware that you consistently choose us, out of the plenty of options out there. We never take this for granted. Thanks to you, we are expanding! Which also means a relocation to Johannesburg.✈️
How does this affect your addiction.. Your first thought is probably when? We are moving now, like now now. The online store won't be fully stocked all the time, there'll be a limited range. But you can place your orders for courier, as normal.
Don't worry Eid is sorted, you just need to get your orders in soon, like before Ramadan. 🤣 cos we won't be able to make "any plans"
