𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
Alpha & Omega Investments is looking for a reliable and technically minded person to support technical enquiries and sales based in Durban.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Support Durban internal sales with quote checks and product
selection.
• Guide staff on breakers, protection, control gear, metering,
PV/DC and automation items.
• Check part numbers, ratings, poles, voltage, curves,
accessories and alternatives.
• Identify mismatches between customer requirements and
quoted items.
• Prepare or confirm technical information, datasheets and
supplier confirmations.
• Escalate complex queries to senior technical staff or suppliers
and follow through.
• Support internal product knowledge, branch coordination and
clear technical communication.

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Matric.
• Electrical background or experience in electrical wholesale,
switchgear, panel building or contractor supply.
• Low-voltage switchgear product knowledge will be
advantageous.
• Experience with circuit breakers, protection, control gear,
metering, PV/DC or automation products beneficial.
• Internal sales or technical support experience preferred.
• Good computer skills for emails, quotes, product codes and
datasheets.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲
• Technically minded, accurate and customer-service focused.
• Able to work under pressure without guessing on technical matters.
• Strong on follow-up, communication and closing open queries.
• Able to work with sales, internal sales, stores, technical support and management.
• Organised, reliable and willing to improve product knowledge continuously.
