I am so heart broken that I even opened this group. It was about knives. It has become shameful to see how this has been taken over by people that have no interest in blades but only disgusting posts. I apologize for all the none blade related posts, they are beyond my control.

I, as so many other people have lost their source of income because of covid. I decided to take my passion of knife making and turn it into an income. People who haven't made a blade don't understand, each blade is a part of the maker. It doesn't take a few hours, some blades take days. When a blade maker finishes a blade and posts it, it's like a child being sent out into the world. That blade has the heart and soul of the make in it. Yes, you might cringe at the asking price, but consider the hours, the care, the passion put into each blade. If a blade maker had to put a real life price tag on a blade no of us would sell anything. We accept offers well below what the blade is worth, cause it means the difference between feeding our families and our pride. So when a blade smith puts a value to a blade don't dispute it, because, more than likely you paying them way less per hour than your boss is paying you.
