Meet One of Our Special Suppliers: Down With Dough 🤍

At Going Natural, we love supporting suppliers who do more than simply make great products. Down With Dough is a non-profit bakery with a purpose close to our hearts.

Based in Bellville, Cape Town, Down With Dough helps to upskill young adults with intellectual disabilities, supporting them in developing greater independence and creating meaningful work opportunities.

🍪 And the best part? Their delicious gluten-free bakery range means that every brownie, blondie, muffin and loaf helps support their bigger purpose.

We’re incredibly proud to stock their products and to support an organisation that combines good food with meaningful opportunities. 💚

The Pod is getting a little facelift! 🌿

From 7 September, we'll be starting renovations at The Pod as we give our space some well-deserved love.

The floors and ceilings throughout our office, main shop, kitchen and back room will be receiving a fresh coat of paint as we continue creating a space that feels even more welcoming for our community.

There may be a little bit of activity happening behind the scenes, but we can't wait to share the finished look with you!

Welcome to *Building a Better Space for You* Month!

This September, we're focusing on something especially important to us, creating a Going Natural experience where we can serve you better.

Throughout the month, we'll be sharing some of the exciting changes happening behind the scenes as we continue renovating and improving our space to make your shopping experience even better. 🛠️

But building a better space isn't only about the physical store. We also want to hear from you. Your feedback, thoughts and experiences help us understand what we're doing well and where we can improve so that we can better serve our wonderful community.

We'll also be shining a light on the incredible suppliers behind the products you love, introducing you to the people, farms and businesses that help bring Going Natural to life.

This month is all about feedback, connection and community because Going Natural wouldn't be what it is without you.

Meet Some of Our Local Suppliers

At Going Natural, we love knowing where our food comes from and the people behind it. That's why we're proud to work with local suppliers who share our values.

🥚 Solitaire is a family-run egg farm in the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, passionate about producing quality eggs while caring for their hens. Their hens have the opportunity to roam outdoors, enjoy fresh air and sunshine, and forage naturally.

🥛 Gan Eden Farm is another supplier we're proud to work with, bringing fresh milk from their farm to our shelves. Fun Fact: We walk from The Pod to collect the fresh milk straight from the farm house everyday!
