Important Update from Kandy Kraft

Dear Customers,

I want to share an important personal update with you. Over the past two years, I have been managing some health challenges, and recently, further investigations revealed nodules/tumors in my neck. This news has been difficult, especially as a single mom to a wonderful 13-year-old with Apraxia of Speech.

While this is a challenging time, my commitment to Kandy Kraft and to creativity remains strong.

However, my health must take priority, and as a result, I will be making some temporary adjustments to our services:

•From today, we will no longer be accepting custom sugarwork orders or sheet edits.

•We will continue printing on A4 fondant sheets only (PDF format—please ensure your design and size are correct).

•Starting Monday, 23 March, our Fondant A4 Sheets will be priced at R70.

•The store remains open and fully operational, focusing on stocking a wide variety of edible decorations.

I am deeply grateful for the support of our customers. Your enthusiasm and love for Kandy Kraft inspire me every day. Despite this pause in custom work, we will continue introducing new products and keeping our shelves stocked with items that bring joy and creativity to your baking projects.

Thank you for understanding, and for being a part of our community.
