Souvla Braai

Souvla Braai SA's hottest braai manufacturer. Locally designed & produced. Automatic, portable, battery-operated. Still want to do things manually? No problem.

The Souvla Braai has been designed to be the perfect outdoor cooking companion. All our Souvla Braais are portable and feature a battery-powered motor that rotates your meat ensuring that it is cooked perfectly, without the need for the cook to constantly monitor the cooking process. Our innovative height-adjustment systems ensure that your meal is always cooking at the right temperature. Height adjustment applies to Large Skewers, Flat Grill, Rotating Grill, and the Spit Shaft. Our Spit Pro, Maxi, and Midi Souvla Braais come with a flat grill that allows you to have a Braai in the more traditional sense. We also have a wide range of accessories designed to allow you to explore the culinary craft.

If you've only used the skewers, you've genuinely only seen half of this thing.

Flat grill for the classics. Rotating grill for the stuff that's better off turning itself. Swipe to see both in action.

Yes. Up to 15 characters, laser engraved before it ever leaves us. It's a small detail that changes what the gift actually says.

Your Souvla Braai works every weekend. This is the five minutes it asks for in return.

Six steps, save-worthy, no guesswork - from the wipe-down to the gearbox. Swipe through and save it, because you will not remember step 4 by the time you actually need it.

Existing Souvla Braai owner? This one's for you.

If you've been putting the same size meat on both skewers, we need to talk.

There's a reason a Souvla Braai comes with two different skewer sizes, and it's not just for variety - it's so nothing dries out and nothing takes forever to cook. Swipe to see the actual cube sizes and what goes on each one.

This is Part 1 of a 3-part series on everything your Souvla Braai can actually do. Follow along so you don't miss the rest.
