52 steke dan brei jy 52 rye regs of 50 steke en 60 rye. Brei in agtersteek net plain elke ry. Meet dit volgens jou voet met n maat band. Dan hekel jy n randjie om 3 van die kante.

In this video the lady uses Nako Nakolen wool which is Double Knit, and she uses 3,25mm Knitting Needles.
Tension: 22sts = 10cm
C/on 50 sts knit garter stitch (knit both sides) for 90 rows or 19cm. Cast off.
Her finished piece measures 22cm on the c/on edge and 19cm long.
I think if you use double knit and maybe 3,5mm-4mm knitting needles it should work, depending on the brand of wool.
She also says measure the length of the foot to get your size.
You could use thinner wool or try with less stitches.
