What Does Cold Pressed Really Mean?
Cold pressing is about preserving the apple as authentically as possible β allowing the fruit to speak for itself.
After harvest, our apples are crushed and pressed using a hydraulic press, extracting the juice without heat. This gentle process helps preserve the fresh flavour, vibrant colour and natural qualities of the fruit, creating a juice that remains raw, unfiltered and true to its origins.
It also allows the distinctive flavour profile of each apple cultivar to shine through β from the crisp, bright tartness of Granny Smith to the naturally sweet, aromatic character of Royal Gala and the mellow, honeyed notes of Golden Delicious.
Once bottled, the juice is frozen to help lock in its freshness, colour and natural goodness β capturing the essence of the harvest.
No added sugar. No preservatives. No shortcuts.
Because exceptional fruit needs very little intervention. π
