Strawberry Sponge dessert 🍓

Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Whisk 4 eggs and 2 cups of sugar untill creamy

Add:
1tsp strawberry essence
(1/2) cup oil
1 cup milk/Maas

Aside, sift
2 cups flour
3tsp baking powder
Pinch salt

FOLD into the egg mixture. Do not overmix. The small lumps are okay.

Bake for 35mins

Drizzled with strawberry syrup, served with custard

Vanilla Sponge dessert 🍨

Preheat oven to 160 degrees

Whisk 4 eggs and 1(1/2) cup of sugar untill creamy

Add:
1tsp vanilla essence
1 drop of egg yellow
(1/2) cup oil
1 cup milk

Aside, sift
2 cups flour
3tsp baking powder
Pinch salt

FOLD into the egg mixture. Do not overmix. The small lumps are okay.

Bake for 35mins

Note: You can serve with custard / ice-cream
