Overcell was started in August 1999 when entrepreneurial couple, Francois and Gwyneth van der Westhuizen, both resigned and decided to do their own thing. The shop opened 15 August 1999 and the Overcell Close Corporation was formed in 2000. Overcell is the ONLY APPROVED Vodacom dealer in the Gansbaai area. We offer all the Vodacom services like new contracts, upgrades, prepaid sales, and accessori

es for mobile phones. Both owner and manager are well trained to assist with mobile phones as well as laptop deals. We also have an in-house Vodacom data specialist to help with the installation of mobile modems on laptops. We, furthermore, stock cellphone accessories, tablet screen protectors and covers. Maybe the question must be, "Why not Gansbaai?". Who would not love to have their own business in one of the most beautiful coastal towns of South Africa?! Furthermore, there was no propper cellular store in Gansbaai to attend to the needs of the lovely "Gansbaaiers".
