If it doesn't fit, it doesn't protect.

Twenty years ago, women were a rarity on South African industrial sites. Today, more than 70,000 women work in mining alone — and most "unisex" PPE still isn't made for them. It's a men's garment graded down a few sizes, and the Mine Health and Safety Council has found the makeshift fixes workers resort to actually increase risk.
