We are looking for experienced, reliable and responsible people to join our butchery team.
🌭 1 × EXPERIENCED WORS MAKER
The successful applicant must:
Have previous experience making different types of wors
Be able to accurately follow recipes and measurements
Understand weighing, mixing, seasoning and sausage production
Be able to work consistently and maintain product quality
Work neatly and hygienically
Be reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure

🥩 2 × EXPERIENCED BLOCKMEN
Applicants must:
Have previous experience as a blockman
Be experienced in cutting and processing fresh AND frozen meat
Be comfortable operating butchery machinery and equipment
Know how to portion meat accurately
Have good knife skills
Work quickly while maintaining quality and minimal wastage
Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT – ALCOHOL & SAFETY POLICY
These positions involve the use of knives, bandsaws, mincers and other butchery machinery.
For the safety of our employees and customers:
Applicants must have sober habits and must be willing to undergo a breath alcohol test before starting work each day.
Employees must report for duty completely sober and fit to safely operate machinery.
