It’s really disheartening to see my exact Mother’s Day cookie bouquet image/ photo being used by someone else to promote their class.

Taking inspiration from other designs is one thing — we all do it, and it’s part of being creative. But using someone else’s actual photo to promote your own offering crosses a line.

Not only is this a clear case of copying my work, but it’s also misleading to anyone signing up for that class. Attendees are being shown something that isn’t that creator’s original work, which creates false expectations about what they’ll be learning and the results they’ll achieve.
