Welcome to The Art House & The NeighbourHoed — a relaxed gathering space created for families, friends, in our little corner of Hoedspruit.

While the kids play safely and freely, parents can enjoy a light lunch, a quiet coffee, or simply a moment to pause under the trees.

And that's not all...wander through one of Hoedspruits oldest farmhouses now known as The Art House, which has been gently restored to its former self and now home to a collective of local artists and creatives. Wander through inspiring spaces featuring works by local artists, photography by Em Gatland, and wildlife art by Kim Kay. Watercolour artist and teacher Yvonne Ankermann is currently on an exhibition ship teaching art, while Jann Henning is currently en route to KZN to take part in the art fair, Art in the Country. Handcrafted pieces from the Kulani Collective and a separate gallery space curated by The White River Gallery complete the composition.

A space where children can play safely and families can simply be together is rare to find — and that is exactly what we wanted to create.
