A quick sugar chat! 🍬

Why caster sugar melts like a dream in caramel, why treacle sugar gives my salted caramel that deep, nutty flavour, why the coconut bonbon is basically a sugar party (diabetics, this one’s not your friend 😅), and why glucose is the secret to stopping crystallisation and helping extend shelf life.

Some of you might remember that we hinted at some exciting news towards the end of last year… Well, the time has finally come to let you in on the secret.

Later this year, once the renovations are complete, you’ll be able to find our handcrafted chocolates at Sunridge Village SuperSpar Sunridge SUPERSPAR

It’s a huge milestone for us, and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of what’s going to be such a beautiful space. We’ll keep you updated as the opening gets closer, but for now we just wanted to share the exciting news with you.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We can’t wait to take you along for this next chapter!
