These tea bags are next level. Real Tea. Not the scraps swept up off the floor and packaged as “Tea” 😂

We currently serve Rooibos, Earl Grey and Ceylon at The Coffee Shop. If you want us to stock any other varieties - Herbal, Fruit Infusion, Green… etc, drop us a message in the comments. Thanks Nigiro Teas for the BEST Teas

A quick sugar chat! 🍬

Why caster sugar melts like a dream in caramel, why treacle sugar gives my salted caramel that deep, nutty flavour, why the coconut bonbon is basically a sugar party (diabetics, this one’s not your friend 😅), and why glucose is the secret to stopping crystallisation and helping extend shelf life.

Sweet, simple, and straight to the point!

Just keeping it real… 😂

Turns out filming a reel is harder than it looks! At least you get to enjoy the bloopers too.
