Intuitive Mark-Making & Expressive Release
This session focuses on the therapeutic power of spontaneous drawing.

Guided by a brief centering meditation, you will connect with your inner feelings before translating them onto paper using charcoal, pastels, or pencils. By exploring variations in stroke, pressure, and movement, the focus shifts away from technical perfection toward the pure release of emotional energy. What makes this session so meaningful and uplifting is that it offers a safe, non-verbal space to release stress and reconnect with your intuitive creativity.

Visual Paper Journal Creation with Jessica Bedingfield

Learn how to build a mini visual journal from scratch in this interactive workshop led by Jessica Bedingfield. You will design and decorate the cover using a wide variety of art supplies to make it uniquely your own.
