RECIPE
Oven Chicken
Ingredients
1 kg chicken pieces

Marinate with:
1 tblsp red ginger/garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp vinegar
3 tblsp tomato sauce
3 tblsp mayonnaise

Allow to marinate for at least one hour.
Place into oven casserole
Add fresh or frozen peas
Cover completely
Bake in pre heated oven @ 180 deg for 1 hour.
Fry potato wedges and add before serving
Enjoy.
