Exciting progress at the Nancefield Project! Today, members of the Board and Executive Committee (EXCO) visited the site to see first-hand how this transformative development is taking shape. Now 60% complete, the project is making excellent progress, with major construction milestones achieved and teams continuing to deliver with a strong focus on safety, quality, and excellence.

Even more exciting, Nancefield will introduce several first-of-their-kind features for JOSHCO developments, including installed Trelidor security burglar guards on doors and windows, DSTV cabling, curtain rails, modern lighting, and dedicated parking spacesโ€”adding greater comfort, convenience, and value for future residents. Ideally located close to key transport nodes and essential amenities, the development is set to offer a connected and vibrant living experience.

Riverside View Phase 4 is soon to become a place filled with pots on the stove, curtains on the rails, children playing outside, and a vibrant community living together in harmony. โค๏ธ

In June 2025, the MMC for Human Settlements, Councillor Mlungisi Mabaso, together with the JOSHCO Board, officially broke ground on this landmark development. JOSHCO is excited that the project has progressed ahead of schedule and is now ready for occupation.

JOSHCO officials today conducted a strategic oversight visit to Riverside View Phase 4 in Diepsloot to assess readiness ahead of the allocation process โ€” and the excitement is growing.

Soon, more families from Diepsloot and surrounding communities will finally have access to safe, dignified, and welcoming affordable rental units, they can proudly call home.

JOSHCO remains committed to building sustainable communities and creating better living spaces for the people of Johannesburg.
