Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Mary Tlalinyane, and (CSVR). I am writing on behalf of CSVR, in partnership with UN Women, regarding a project titled “Making Migration Safe: Creating Pathways for Socially Cohesive and Peaceful Communities for Migrant Women in South Africa.” The project aims to better understand and respond to the lived experiences of migrants and migrant women in South Africa, particularly in relation to social cohesion, safety, collective violence, and access to services. The project includes community engagements as well as a national online public perception survey.

At this stage, we are conducting stakeholder outreach and network mapping in preparation for the rollout of the survey. We are therefore reaching out to organisations and community structures to introduce the project and to explore potential collaboration.
We would like to kindly ask:
* whether your organisation would be open to supporting the circulation of the survey.
* who the appropriate contact person would be for future communication.
* which communities or constituencies your organisation primarily works with; and
* what the best platforms or channels would be for sharing the survey (e.g., WhatsApp groups, mailing lists, community forums, social media).
Your support would be extremely valuable in helping us ensure that the survey reaches a wide and diverse audience across different communities and provinces in South Africa.
Please note that the survey is now live, and we are currently collecting responses at this stage. We would greatly appreciate your support in sharing the survey within your networks and communities. Should you be open to supporting this initiative, we would be happy to share more information and keep you updated on the project.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. We look forward to the possibility of working together.
