Black Friday is here at Young at Heart. Hundreds of items have been put on special for you.

To make scrolling through them easier, Playmobil had not yet been put on special. But don’t panic if you are a Playmobil fan. I will definitely be putting plenty of Playmobil on special.

Playmobil will go on special from Saturday.

If you are looking for great quality gifts for children, please browse through the Djeco toys. Djeco is a beautiful range of products for all ages (from toddler toys, to crafts for girls and boys, to large jigsaw puzzles). Their toys are designed by artists making everything they make stunning. I received a big order of new stock and replenished stock of Djeco last week. This will be loaded this week and next week so keep looking.

Djeco is committed to making their business more sustainable, and are committed to addressing environmental issues at every stage of their products’ life cycles. They opt to use raw materials from sustainable sectors wherever possible. Also, 95% of their collection is now produced with no overwrap film (this applies to new stock only).

The 2023 Playmobil has arrived and it is amazing as always. There is an exciting new theme called My Figures – Be creative. Be unique. Be colourful. Build your own Playmobil figure just as you like.

With the new My Figures from Playmobil, children can now create a Playmobil world entirely according to their ideas, unleash their creativity and develop their individual personalities in the process. In addition to a play scene with accessories, each My Figures playset contains a bag with 6 figures in individual parts, which can be reassembled again and again. Arms, legs, bodies and accessories can be swapped in an instant to create play figures that are as colourful as life itself. Thanks to the versatile combination options with over 1000 figure configurations, Playmobil My Figures encourage creativity, fine motor skills, a spirit of discovery and personality development in a very playful way. With My Figures, children can design their play world the way they see and experience it.

Here are the ones available.

As always, the Country theme has beautiful horse sets, including a new pink Horse Transporter.

Don’t forget the Wiltopia theme. Wiltopia is Playmobil’s first eco-friendly product line consisting of, on average, more than 80% sustainable materials. There is plenty of action for young explorers at the new Tropical Jungle Playground. The fruits of the trees can be harvested and rolled down the ball track.

On the non-Playmobil front, we have some amazing items being loaded. A new stock of fun Eurographic 1000 piece puzzles is in stock and will be loaded soon.

We received a new stock of Djeco, including puzzles, games and sticker mosaic crafts. Look for old stock replenished and new items to be loaded soon.

For cold evenings, don’t forget our Diamond Dot Painting range. With a lantern, these are great for quiet family evenings during load shedding. Those of you who are not creative have the chance to produce beautiful masterpieces with Diamond Dot Painting

We have just completed an audit of our website so all stock quantities are correct. New items will be added to the Specials page now that the audit is complete. Look out for these later this week.
