Most potholes aren't a surface problem. They're a base problem wearing a surface problem's clothing. 🕳️
By the time you can see the hole, the damage usually goes right through the crusher run and into the base — sometimes the sub-base too. Which is why filling it with premix keeps not working. You're capping a failure, not fixing it.
Here's the approach we prefer. Premix the in-situ material with SoilTech Mk III, use that to rebuild the base and sub-base properly, then seal the top 25mm with a wearing course.
On a 1m² hole 200mm deep, that works out at roughly R226 against about R1 080 doing it the conventional way. Around 79% cheaper — and it holds, because you fixed the actual problem.
The premix can be bagged in 50kg bags and stockpiled, so your team can grab and go.
