All our products has a lead time of 4-6 weeks from the time that designs is approved and funds is showing in our bank account. Should you like to place an order but need the product in a shorter period of time, you are welcome to contact us ans we will see if there is a way we might accommodate you. Colours may vary from the designed picture to the final product due to printing equipment colour variations, which is out of our control. No goods or items will be refunded due to all our orders being custom madr per client. Courier Costs is always for the clients account. We also do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to orders due to Courier negligence. We do not have control over any outside influences such as couriers, loadshedding, strikes etc, that might push the lead time on production or delivery times, longer that agreed upon. We will always strive our best to stick to dates and schedules given, where possible. Please double check on colours, spelling of nanes etc with designs before you confirm your design ready for production. We do not take responsibility after printing, should there be mistakes. We reserve the right, but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products to any person. We may exercise our right on a case-to-case basis. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed, on our discretion. All descriptions of products or product prices are subject to change at any time, without any notice, at our sole discretion. We also have the right to discontinue a product at any time. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product we produce will meet your expectations. We have the right to any and all designs, designed and/or printed by us and have the full right of the use of it to our own discretion.
