Ever used the wrong resin and watched your pour crack, yellow or get weirdly hot? This is almost always why 👇

Coating resins are built for thin, glossy layers. Deep-pour resins are built to cure slowly so thick pours don't overheat. Use a coating resin for a deep pour and the heat has nowhere to go. That's where cracks and bubbles come from.

The rule of thumb: thin and glossy → coating; thick and clear → deep pour.

The secret isn’t one trick, it’s a sequence: mix slowly, let it rest, seal anything porous, hit the surface with heat, and degas if you’re going for flawless clarity. Do them in order and “bubble anxiety” basically disappears.

Cold thickens your resin and slows the cure, which is exactly the recipe for trapped bubbles and soft finishes. The fix is three simple habits: warm the room, warm the resin, and give it more time than summer.

This role is centered on growing the AMT brand through strategic marketing and sales within the region, reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Drivers Licence (compulsory).
• Own Vehicle
• A Valid Passport.
• Willing to Travel outside of South Africa.
• Fluent in English and at least one other South African language.
• Confident, persistent & great communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
• Sales experience in the Composites Industry will be an advantage.
