This Saturday we're firing up the smoker and serving our latest creation from around 14:00 at Uncle Charlie's, Paradise Beach.

Tender smoked beef chuck, simmered low and slow in our signature Cowboy Con Carne with tomatoes, peppers, kidney beans and smoky spices, served on a fresh toasted roll with our homemade salsa.
