We’re getting Heritage Day ready with one of the best things to come off a braai… the braaibroodjie. 🤤

You’ll need:

🍞 Bread
🧀 Cheddar cheese
🍅 Tomato
🧅 Onion
🥄 Chutney
🧈 Butter

Butter the outside of your bread, layer cheese, tomato, onion and a little chutney inside, close it up and pop it onto the braai.

Turn until golden and crispy on the outside and beautifully melted inside. 🔥
