My friend if they don't find anything to talk about to start making something up .so get used to it it's part of life it is what makes us us the room is the lies our past our negatives of mistakes and all that we regret of our past.

So this is how you deal with it, with all the bullies who will always point out your past will always spread rumours about you,you start taking pride in your downfalls in your past in your mistakes you own it because that is what makes you today the person that you are the strong man and woman that you have become and that you are ought to be.

those who deny the past they are to make the same mistake over and over again or rather history to repeat itself or become the product of their mistakes. Therefore I urge you to not be shameful to talk about it. you open about where you went wrong be open or about your worst regret be open about your worst mistakes.

to talk about it doesn't mean you go around telling everybody about your life story but sometimes you need to have a discourse with yourself to stop denying yourself the realisation that you did really go wrong you did really well but what you've done mostly that you can take pride of is that you've stood up, that you risen and have become better and that you are above your mistakes and your circumstances.

the worst thing you can ever do to a fool is to let a fool be a fool and remain who you are don't entertain nonsense we are far more better than that.

out of these ashes, life will come from it, they are the foundation of the fountain of life that Nations will come to for healing, for love, for grace, opportunities and a stature to look up to for guidance and clarity... I Know God's navigation is set upon his word, his Thruth, and our destinies are unknown.... Out of our our Grief, dead circumstances, current way of lives and all that seem to not go anywhere - God will bring these ashes to life. He has done it before. Keep strong, keep faith and loose not your focus and passion for his word....

Give Him praise regardless for His Vision is not as small and limited as those who take a mere eclipse of your so apparent 'apparent ashes' which you call life.
