Washing tip: grubby collars and cuffs come out cleaner if you treat them first.

1. Wet the collar or cuff.
2. Rub a Sunlight Laundry Soap bar straight onto the mark.
3. Leave it for 10 minutes.
4. Wash as normal with MAQ Washing Powder.

Always check the garment label first.

Sunday-style chicken curry, any night of the week, made with this week's specials at Quik Chek Plaza.

Rainbow IQF Mixed Portions 4kg R149.99

Sungold Cooking Oil 2L R57.99
Knorrox Soup 400g R16.99

How to make it:
1. Brown the chicken portions in a little Sungold oil.
2. Add a chopped onion, tomato and your curry spice, and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Stir 2 tablespoons of Knorrox soup into 2 cups of water, pour it in and simmer for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
4. Serve on fluffy Allsome rice.
