Good day to you
So many people have been asking me what my take is on the Coronavirus. And though I have my opinion about what is going on, that is immaterial with the health issues that are staring us in the face. It is a reality that the virus spreads very fast. But this is not a time to panic or fear. I cannot stress this highly enough. Panic and fear create monstrosities. It depletes our bodies of the very important thing that we need now… our immunity. The mind body link is a very strong part of our lives, whether you believe it or not. So we cannot let our minds dwell on negative thoughts.
At the same time we should be vigilant and do what we can to prevent contracting this virus. We are also at the beginning of a change of season, so this is always a good time to boost ourselves. And that is the reason for me writing this.
Hygiene should by no means be a new thing. Really. So yes pay attention to that.
Let us focus our energy on living healthy lifestyles. This includes eating a wholefood diet… not processed, tinned and boxed foods… good ingredients, plenty of good water. Sleep 8 hours a day. Get mild exercise, as this increases endorphins which increase immunity.
Our immune system is vitally important to fight any infection and virus, and for COVID 19 this is no different. So what can we do to boost it? ( I will list the products at the bottom of the mail).
 A good Probiotic is vital as the gut plays a major role in our immune function.
 Vitamin C, and more so Liposomal Vit C enhances immunity and helps recover from disease much faster. Liposomal Vit C has a much faster delivery system in our bodies and is absorbed in a far better way than regular Vit C… so this is a powerhouse.
 Herbs are powerful plants. I will be listing some tinctures below that can help strengthen the immune system. Tinctures ae herbal drops, so great for kids too. There is also an anti-viral tincture available.
 Essential Oils will always form a part of our family’s life. We diffuse it in an ultra-sonic diffuser in our home, and we use it topically when necessary. There are great immune boosting and anti-viral oils. I do not advocate ingesting essential oils as some big companies do. It is not a practice that is endorsed by the International Aromatherapy association. I will send three charts to you by email when you place an order: one on safe dilution rations for different aged children, another for safety dilution rations for different parts of your body and the third a chart to show how many drops add up to the percentage of the dilution needed. This will make it super easy for anyone who has never done this. Safety is very important when it comes to Essential oils, as they are very potent. For topical dilutions you can use Grapeseed Oil, or MCT oil, or even olive oil as your base oil.
 Lugol’s Iodine is a potent anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal. It assist from headaches, to infections to bladder infections and so much more. This is a standard item in our home and we use it as we need to.
 Hydrogen Peroxide 35% food grade. We use this in our home to clean wounds. It is the best thing ever.
 Magnesium as it is vitally important for all bodily functions.

Send yours in by email no later than Tuesday at 12:00. To confirm you order, full payment will need to be made up front. Orders will be dispatched once all the stock is in stock. I can dispatch in three ways:
1. Collect from me
2. Paxi R49.95 from Pep to Pep store ( I will need your Pep store name and Node code where you want to collect as found on www.paxi.co.za) this takes 7-9 business days. There is the 3 -5 business day option for R80.
3. Courier up to 2 kg R100. I can quote on bigger orders.
