Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
After 12 years of serving you from our store, I want to share that we’ve had to close our doors under very sudden and difficult circumstances. Due to decisions beyond our control, we were not given the opportunity to notify you in advance or conduct a proper farewell from the mall. This has been deeply painful—not just professionally, but personally.
While I cannot go into full detail at this time, I can say that the process was abrupt and unfair, and it has left many of our assets behind. Despite this, I remain committed to dignity, lawful resolution, and moving forward with hope.
