What started as a past time hobby in the form of sewing in 1972, as age old techniques that gets passed down from Mother to daughter through each generation was also passed down to me, became a full time passion. Through the years I have kept busy with various forms of sewing as a form of relaxation apart from my regular work and I have practiced dress making from Wedding dresses, Matric Farewell

outfits, Jersey's, Blankets to Baby clothes. I enjoy creating beauty out of raw materials to form something breathtaking, sometimes using just pieces of rags and offcuts. Then in 2020 when my husband passed away, I felt broken and empty. That was until a dear friend of mine, Melanie Gill from Melanie's Reborn babies and Reborn baby Supplies , introduced me to the magical world of Reborn Baby Dolls. I started creating some baby clothes for her collection and she in turn gave me my first kit and training. I had found my calling and my passion. Through Melanie and Reborn Baby Dolls I have found joy and I will remain forever grateful. After reborning quite a number of Reborn Baby Dolls, I decided to adjust my focus to creating these wonderful bundles of joy on a full time basis and along with that give training to those interested in sewing, quilting and ribbon embroidery. To anyone who never had the opportunity to learn or are interested in expanding their skill and who share my passion for creating wonders from scratch. Each Reborn Baby Doll is reborn with love and care. It is my vision that each one of them find a new home and bring the same joy to its new parents as it has brought to me creating him/her.
