After getting divorced and my fathers passing in 2018, I left my PA possition and relocated from Cape Town to the Gariepdam, to get away from some toxic people I had in my life and hoped to set up a peaceful home for my girls. Being a stay at home mom of 3, living in the middel of nowhere, 50km from the closest thing we can call a town, I had to find a source of income. Having been scammed by qu

ite a few people, I felt that I had to be the change I want to see in the world, by trying to offer what I can to people who I might be able to help. So I set up my sewing machine and made a few infinity dresses for my bridesmaids after being scammed out of 4 dresses that I needed for February 2022 and started marketing them. I might not be a professionally trained seemstress, but I try to make whatever I can with what my mother taught me from a young age and if you have special requests, and I feel comfortable trying, Id gladly try and make the changes.

Im thinking of using all my hobbies to start small workshops and hoping to start these workshops soon... im not a big entertainer, im much better at handling small groups of people, so will be working on groups of 4 to 6 people at each workshops so keep an eye out for our launches.šŸ„³

Our new savings goal, investing in embroidery digitizing software.

I habe been doing som embroidery the last 2 years and hbe been doing my digitizing through Ink Stitch, which is an open-source software. This means a LOT of manual digitizing, that takes a LOT of time and a LOT of fine-tuning. So, my goal now is to start saving up for the digitizing software, to be able to offer this quality embroidery (I was able to digitize this amazing elephant through a trial and am SO proud of how it came out)
