Not all timber is created equal. Here's something many buyers don't realise: CCA treatment isn't a paint or a surface coat. It's a pressure process. Poles are placed in a sealed vessel where Chromated Copper Arsenate (CCA) solution is forced deep into the wood fibres under high pressure. Once fixed, the chemicals become insoluble — permanently bonded into the pole.
The result?
✅ Resistance to rot and fungal decay
✅ Protection against termites and borer insects
