🌿 We're Hiring | Sales Assistant

Join Our Boutique Team in Rondebosch
Do you have a passion for beautiful gifts, home décor, and creating memorable shopping experiences?
We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our boutique gifting and décor store in Rondebosch.

Your Role
✨ Welcome customers and provide exceptional, personalised service
🎁 Assist customers in selecting the perfect gifts and home décor pieces
🛍️ Process sales and handle transactions accurately
🌿 Maintain beautifully styled displays and merchandising throughout the store
📦 Receive, unpack, and replenish stock
🤝 Support the day-to-day running of the boutique
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has previous retail sales experience (boutique, gifting, or home décor experience is an advantage)
✔ Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating beautiful displays
✔ Is friendly, confident, and passionate about customer service
✔ Is reliable, proactive, and works well as part of a team
✔ Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
✔ Is available to work retail hours, including weekends

Meet Lulu! She has been part of this family for many years, and we couldn’t be more excited to introduce her properly.

As a construction planner and serial renovator at heart, she knows that beautiful homes don’t happen by accident. They happen through good planning, clear systems, and a thousand small decisions made in the right order.

She’ll be sharing renovation tips, planning advice, and honest behind the scenes updates as we continue building something special together 🤍.
