The Chili festival in Nieu-Bethesda kicks off on Friday 25 March 2022 at 18:30 with an exclusive 3-course chilli food and wine pairing at Restaurant at Die Waenhuis
🌶 First Course:
3 cheese stuffed mushroom with rocket and baby tomatoes. Drizzled with a sweet chilli and red wine juz.

🍷Paired with Seven Springs Pinot Noir
🌶 Second Course:
Seared Beef fillet with a chilli, chocolate and amarula sauce served with garlic and butter baby potatoes and veg.

🍷Paired with Montpellier Shiraz 2015
🌶 Third Course:
Decadent caramel bake served with ice cream and custard sprinkled with roasted crushed chilli.
