Good morning, Friends!

I deliberately kept this post for today!

I would love to share this story with you.

Today is my birthday. I am 46 years old today. Look at me a year ago vs today. A year ago I was a very broken, very overweight and a very unhappy person - stuck in a lifetime of pain and trauma. I hated myself. It took the greatest heartbreak of my life to change me. It is true, pain and trauma changes you and shapes you forever. For me, I chose to heal, to become better, to take back my power and turn my life from pain into inspiration.

Today, 45kg lighter, down from a size 46 pants to a size 34, down from a ###l shirt to a S to M.

This is what I meant when I said I turned my greatest pain into my greatest power. I released 45 years of pain and trauma and in the release, 45kg of weight also started dropping. A year later - I am fit, I am healthy, I am the happiest, the strongest and the best version of myself I have ever been - in body, in mind and in Spirit. I had to learn to release pain and trauma, I had to learn to love myself, I had to heal that broken inner child. Today I look back at this amazing journey in love and appreciation and grattitude that can not be expressed or measured.

This is what I meant when I said I had to practice on myself that which I teach every day. I am living proof of all the therapy and healing modalities that I offer.

Daily she is making conscious choices to live a healthier lifestyle and the is reaping the rewards of it on all levels!
