PUBLIC APOLOGY
TO: MR SIBUSISO NKOSI & THE PUBLIC
RB Sound, sincerely apologize to Mr Sibusiso Nkosi, Well of Life, and all affected parties.
On 17 June 2026, a defamatory post about Mr Nkosi was published on Facebook and other platforms by Mr Trendy Shabangu, who is a former employee of RB Sound. The allegations made in that post are false.
RB Sound takes full responsibility for the action of our staff while representing the business. Mr Nkosi did nothing to warrant this treatment. The dismissal of Mr Shabangu was due solely to Mr Shabangu's own misconduct and performance issues, not due to any influence from Mr Nkosi or any other party.
The conduct by Mr Shabangu does not reflect the values of RB Sound: respect, integrity, and professionalism. We are deeply sorry for the humiliation, damage to reputation, and distress caused to Mr Nkosi, Well of Life, and everyone affected.
To prevent this from happening again, RB Sound will:
1. Provide immediate training to all staff on respect, confidentiality, and handling disputes professionally
2. Implement a policy that prohibits employees and/or former employees from addressing any issues with customers publicly including social media
Mr Nkosi, please accept our unreserved apology. You deserved better from us, and we are committed to making this right.
To our customers and community: Please accept our apology.
Management, RB Sound🙏
