Delivery is done throughout South Africa and we use the services of The Courier Guy Company to deliver your order to you. The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 working days to main areas and approximately 5 to 7 working days for outlying areas . If it is more convenient for the customer we can use

the Postnet counter to counter service. Expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. All orders need to be paid in full and payments must reflect into our account before it can be dispatched. RETURNS:
We will need to be notified within 7 Days of your order being delivered. You will need to cover the cost of the courier fee in order to return the item. The product must be in the same condition that it was received in and returned in the original packaging. No Returns will be processed for worn shoes. EXCHANGES:
We will gladly accept exchanges if we are notified within 7 days but please note that you will be responsible for the collection fee as well as the re-delivey fee. No exchanges will be processed for worn shoes.
