This time we need to help a lady in Pennysylvania. Im posting this in the hope that someone may assist.

A child with a physical disability is a child who may have an uphill climb but Jo Ann will walk/roll right along side him every step roll of the way. Jo Ann will move mountains for him but now must simply ask if their loving community of strangers and family and friends can pitch in to help in any ways possible. Noah & his Mom truly need to feel your love now through your thoughts, prayers & donations. We are very desperate to finish raising the funds for a car. She doesn't go wild spending - they use the dollar store for most of their food when they can to keep costs down. She originally had located a car just to get them back & forth every month in taking Noah to medical appointments and in-patient stays at Philadelphia Childrens Hospital & Danville Hospital. They live in Wilkes Barre, PA. The car whe found was for $500, which is what she has been asking for donations for, but that didn't include insurance & registration.... and when she went to take if for a test ride & possibly put a deposit on it, she could feel the transmission slipping, so now has to start looking all over again, but must be more realistic & ask for at least $1,500. PLEASE HELP THIS LITTLE FAMILY. So there was an angel who said that he would match $500 when she gets $500 so she could buy a certain car, Her gofundme account has remained stalled at $330 for quite some time. That's all we have been able to raise since August 1st.
Noah's suffering throughout his 8 short years is all the more heartbreaking because it was caused by his biological mothers' continual abuse of narcotics while pregnant with him. JoAnn began fostering Noah since he was 3 months old, then adopted him. Noah's appointments are in Philadelphia & Danville. My appointments are at Geisengers Hospital. We need answers - Noah has no seizure activity showing in his brain according to the eeg's and has had a very rough 2 years. At one time he had to have a full time nurse when he was hospitalized on Christmas 2014 and for the past 9 and 1/2 months since then, because he was having drop,focal and epileptic type seizures. Sometimes there are as many as 6 - 8 times a day, other times, several days will pass without another seizure. She was incredible last Christmas, putting up a little tree in his hospital room & making sure it was festive for him there & letting him know Santa left stuff at his home too. At any given second Noah can just go down for the count and when this has occurred anyone who have been there when it occurred cannot comprehend how he can literally go from full throttle to almost dead. No answers - now on to genetic testing...Among other diagnosises Noah suffers from are Autism, ADD, ADHD & Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
Jo Ann can't leave his side for more than 3 minutes unless he is with a reputable TS worker for school.In the meantime, She has to be available 'on call' at all times, in case something happens to him while he is at school she has had to rely on foot power or a kids scooter to get there. Noah's last few episodes have rendered Noah with the mental and capabilities of a 5 year old ..She wants him to have a great life and she really tries . Another reason a car is a necessity,not a luxury. Her health is rapidly deteriorating as she cannot get enough sleep between caring for him.Transportation for this family is really a matter of life and death!
