As FIKA Online Store we’d like to clarify a few things.
1. We do accept layby 2 months
2. Our WhatsApp line is only for taking orders, we’ll not be sending pictures to anyone. WE HAVE A CATALOG THERE FOR THAT!!
3. We do not offer refunds unless if we’ve givin you something you didn’t order by mistake.
4. We do offer exchanges in terms of size and the item you wanna change must be returned to us within five days after collection. T&C’s apply.
6. If you’re not sure about your size in terms of cuts per item please ask to avoid what is listed above.
7. Building a bag is allowed, you pay full amount for each item you want and we keep it for you just incase you don’t have delivery fee or still wanna add more items (not for more than a month and a half).
8. There’s no exchange for underwear’s and this includes swimwear‼️
9. Our prices DO NOT include delivery fees. Delivery fees:
Small sized bags:
R60 take 7-9 days
R110 take 3-5 days
Larger sized bags:
R110 take 7-9 days
R140 take 3-5 days
