R26 999 for a washing machine.

I know. That’s a bit of a punch in the gut.

BUT… this isn’t your average washing machine or dryer

On its gentle cycle, this Miele can wash a rose with minimal brushing afterwards — and yes, the petals were still intact.

The Honeycomb drum creates a thin layer of water between your clothes and the drum, so your clothes glide more gently through the wash. It also recognises the size of your load, helping you save water and energy with every wash.

And the dryer uses heat-pump technology, which means it dries at lower temperatures — better for your clothes and more energy efficient.

Plus, Miele tests its appliances for up to 20 years of use.

Now here’s the part that makes these two a little more interesting:

They’ve NEVER been used. They’re showroom stock at Appliance Design and they’re currently on sale.
