When the whole team shows up, the experience speaks for itself.

“Absolutely seamless customer experience. From the initial query in, to the communication through the morning, to collecting = top drawer experience.

I was treated like a person and not treated like a job card number.
I felt important and the positivity and professionalism of the staff at all levels in the shop was infectious and wore off on me and my day.

I must mention some key names in this experience – who just made it next level and showed what a team in alignment can achieve.

• Roxy, Cheryl and Nina at the front desk who were greeting customers, booking vehicles in, answering calls and emails, communication in the day etc. = Superb experience
• Fred who was the technician = Superb job
• Luzuko and Bom in the car wash = Superb experience
• Graeme, who explained the process and the job card = Superb experience.

Real experiences like this are what it’s all about.

“Living in Port Alfred, it can be a challenge to get vehicle repairs done, more so on older models. I found Pop's Auto Shop in Walmer, Port Elizabeth, as they were close to where I go for medical treatment in PE, and decided to give them a try. Well, I was absolutely blown away by the efficient and professional manner they deal with clients and their willingness to go the extra mile. Graham Reed, the owner of the business, very kindly helped us with transport to our B&B and back the next day as we had to leave our vehicle overnight so they could source some difficult to find parts for my vehicle. Nina, Pop's service advisor, was extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of the vehicle repairs at all times. The quoting process was totally transparent and well explained, and I was actually charged less than the original quote when they did the final statement! The whole experience was great and I can highly recommend Pop's to anybody needing repairs, especially on out-of-warranty vehicles. The car wash was brilliant as well!”
